These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of therepublicanrise.com and any purchase you make through it. The Republican Rise is operated by Liberty Star LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who Sells to You

Orders placed on The Republican Rise are processed by our authorized reseller, Digistore24 Inc. Digistore24 handles payment, billing, and order processing, and your bank or card statement may show a charge from Digistore24. When you check out, Digistore24’s terms and policies also apply to the transaction. Liberty Star LLC is responsible for the product, its production, shipping, and customer support.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid shipping address within the 50 United States to place an order.

The Product

The Rise Card is a collectible, novelty product made of PVC in the standard CR80 card size. It is not legal tender, not currency, not a security or investment, and holds no monetary value. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any political party, campaign, candidate, or government body. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color or finish may occur.

Prices & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. A flat shipping fee of $19.99 applies to each order and is shown at checkout before you pay. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, you will receive a full refund. Because every card is produced to order, you cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Refunds & Returns

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, card designs, images, logos, and graphics, belongs to Liberty Star LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it through automated means without permission, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our policies, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Star LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
